We want you to feel confident shopping with Hemp & Heritage. Below you’ll find information about shipping, delivery, returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Shipping

Free Standard U.S. Shipping on Orders $50+

We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders of $50 or more. Orders under $50 are subject to the shipping rates shown at checkout.

Orders normally dispatch within 1 business day. Standard delivery is estimated at 4–7 business days total from order placement, including processing and transit.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Expedited & Special Shipping

Expedited shipping is not currently available as a standard checkout option.

If you need expedited delivery or another shipping arrangement, please contact us at hello@hempandheritage.com before placing your order. We’ll let you know what options are available and any additional shipping cost before proceeding.

Tracking

When tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after your order ships. Please allow some time for the carrier to update the tracking information after the shipping label is created.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order.

If you notice an address error, contact us as soon as possible at hello@hempandheritage.com. We’ll do our best to help if the order has not already shipped.

Returns

If you change your mind about your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition in which you received it, with original tags and packaging where applicable.

Change-of-Mind Returns

For returns due to preference, fit, color, or simply changing your mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning an item, as we cannot be responsible for return packages lost in transit.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us promptly at hello@hempandheritage.com with your order number and photos showing the issue.

If we confirm the problem, Hemp & Heritage will cover the reasonable return shipping cost and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be initiated within 3–5 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Additional bank/payment-provider processing time may apply.

Exchanges

If you would like a different item, color, or style, please contact us.

Depending on availability, we may arrange an exchange or ask you to return the original item and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items

Items marked Final Sale, gift cards, and personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
